I cant express my gratitude for the Baytown staff. On my way to my son's football game, I got a flat tire. I was able to make it to the dealership from the freeway, basically at closing. I explained my situation and they immediately jumped into action, right down to locating lug-nuts needed for my specific tire. Genie, Monica (parts) and Brian (tech) went above and beyond and I was able to make my son's game all thanks to them. And so wonderful seeing women in he leadership roles at the dealership.
